ASAP!!! are 7n - 2 and 2 - 7n equal? PLEASE EXPLAIN

Answer:

no they are not the same or equal. this is because the first part of the expression 2 is the number that is negative while 7n is positive. in the second half of the expression 2 is positive and 7n is negative.

Answer: No.

Explanation:

They aren't equal because using the order of operations, the two in 7n-2 is subtracted from 7n. In 2-7n, they are subtracting 7n from 2, which would give a totally different answer.
