sum is the answer to addition problem.

less than is subtraction and "times" is multiplication.

So we have

3x+2=5x-4

So the answer is C.

Also, i'm bored so imma solve it.

3x+2=5x-4

-2 -2

3x=5x-6

-5x -5x

-2x=-6

/-2 /-2

x=3

hope it helps
