anyone willing to explain question 1 to me?? it’s about vectors but i just do not understand how vectors work at all.

Explanation:

So basically, the side that is opposite of a 30 degree angle in a right triangle is equal to half of the hypotenuse

In this case, y is the opposite, so y = 1/2 x 9 = 4,5

Using the pythagorean theorem, we can also find out x.
