The ratio of blue socks to all socks is 1:5. Explanation- there are 3 blue socks and 15 total socks. As a ratio, you would write this as 3:15. Divide by a common term (3) for both 3 and 15 and get 1:5 (3 / 3 = 1) (15 / 3 = 5)
