we know:

So:-

↣Area of rectangle = 7.1 × 2.5 cm²

↣Area of rectangle =( 71 × 25 )/100cm²

↣Area of rectangle =( 71 × 25 )/(25 × 4)cm²

↣Area of rectangle =( 71 × 1)/(1 × 4)cm²

↣Area of rectangle = 71/4cm²

↣Area of rectangle = 17.75 cm²

Part 2 :‐To find perimeter of rectangle

we know:
Perimeter of rectangle =2( Length + Breadth )

So:-

↣Perimeter of rectangle =2( Length + Breadth )

↣Perimeter of rectangle =2( 7.1 + 2.5 )cm

↣Perimeter of rectangle =2( 9.6) cm

↣Perimeter of rectangle =2 × 9.6 cm
