The next step is to change the denominators to the same number. The easiest for me will be 16. To change the denominators that don't already have 16. I will multiply 1/8 by 2 (both the numerator and dominator), and again will 3/8.

Lastly, I will add the numerators to get my answer.


(2)/(16) +(5)/(16) +(6)/(16) =(13)/(16)
