Answer:

x = 14° and y = 9°

Explanation:

3x = 42° ( Being alternate angles)

x = 42° / 3

= 14°

Now

42° + 90° + 6y - 6° = 180° { Being sum of angles of triangle }

126° + 6y = 180°

6y = 180° - 126°

6y = 54°

y = 54° / 6

y = 9°
