one water bottle cost 15.4 dollars

Explanation:

6.7 times 10 is 67

therefore the mom spent 67 dollars on jerseys

221 (total) minus 67 ( jersey) = 154

therefore she spent 154 dollars on water

154 divided by 10

=15.4
