it’s C : -12(3y+1)-1
work:
-12(3y+1)-1
distribute:
(-12)(3y)+(-12)(1)+ -1
-36y+ -12+ -1
combine like terms:
-36y+ -12+ -1
(-36y)+(-12+ -1)
= -36y-13
