Since the 2 chords are congruent then their minor arcs are congruent, that is

SR = TU, substitute values

6x - 28 = 4x + 20 ( subtract 4x from both sides )

2x - 28 = 20 ( add 28 to both sides )

2x = 48 ( divide both sides by 2 )

x = 24

Then

arc RS = 6x - 28 = 6(24) - 28 = 144 - 28 = 116°
