y = 2/5x + 33/5

Explanation:

(-9,3) and (1,7)

m=(y2-y1)/(x2-x1)

m=(7-3)/(1+9)

m=4/10

m = 2/5

y - y1 = m(x - x1)

y - 3 = 2/5(x + 9)

y - 3 = 2/5x + 18/5

y = 2/5x + 33/5
