Explanation:

m=(y2-y1)/(x2-x1)

m = ( -2 + 1)/(2 + 3)

m = (-1)/(5)

m = -1/5

y - y1 = m(x - x1)

y + 1 = -1/5(x + 3)

y + 1 = -1/5x -3/5

y = -1/5x -8/5
