A farmer owns 9 fields that are acres each. He 1 1/2 also owns one larger field that is acres. He 7 1/2 separated all his land into acre lots. How many 1 3/4 lots does the farmer have?

54 one-third acre lots

24 - 6 = 18

18 ÷ 1/3 = 18 × 3 = 54
