The snowfall for each day of a school week was: 3 inches, 1 inch, 1 inch, 7 inches, and 3 inches. Lisa said that the mean snowfall could be found by adding 3+1+7 inches, and then dividing by 5. Was she correct? Explain.

No bc Lisa didn’t add all of the numbers together. When finding the mean you add all numbers together then divide by how many numbers you have.
