Answer:

When the equation parallel the graph then the measure of the equation is - 3/4

Then the equation is y=-3/4x+c

By using the point(-2,3)


y = ( - 3)/(4) x + c \\ 3 = ( - 3)/(4) * - 2 + c \\ 12 = 6 + 4c \\ 4c = 6 \\ c = (3)/(2)

Then the equation is


y = ( - 3)/(4) x + (3)/(2)
