Solution:

The given inequality is
x>3, it means all the value which are greater than 3 are included in the solution set.

Since all the values which are less than or equal 3 are not included in the solution set, therefore the negation of the given inequality is


x\leq 3

Therefore, the negation of
x>3 is
x\leq 3.
