If you were an athletic trainer and you are in a football match and suddenly the running back got an injury in his hip, and is in the ground in so much pain, what would you do? And what you should not do?

I would assess the injury and call an ambulance. I would not allow him to move as to not injure it more and I wouldn't allow him to play.
