Answer:

The Three Phases of the French Revolution are the Moderate, the Radical, and the Conservative phases.
The Radical phase started in 1791-1794, when the monarchy was abolished and a republic was established. The Conservative phase (aka the Napoleonic phase) started in 1794-1799, when the convention replaced the Constitution of 1793 with a more conservative constitution, which was the Constitution of the Year III. This constitution protected property and set up a voting process that reduced the powers of the masses.
The Moderate phase started in 1789-1791, when Marquis de Mirabeau became the founder of freedom of expression, trying to bring France and it’s monarchy to a legislative monarchy.
