Yes I think so, on morning I eat a bowl of fruit like apple, orange, Mango, Watermelon, etc. Also some times I eat scrambled eggs with toast for breakfast and to drink orange juice. Then for lunch I eat or meat with potatoes, vegetable patties, chicken with vegetables, or some times pasta, and I drink water. Snack I eat yogurt or some healthy cookies with a coffee. Finally on dinner I eat sushi or fish, some times pizza or pumpkin puree with milanesas and to drink water, and for dessert something sweet.

Eating always vegetales, fruit and all those things that people call them healthy it’s not a healthy diet eating things that aren’t healthy at all give as nutrients we need.
