Sally and Susie have been neighbors for many years. One summer, Susie decides to build a new fence

around her backyard, but the new fence will partly cross over into Sally's yard. When Susie asks Sally
about it, Sally tells her to build the fence on her own property, but Susie goes ahead and builds it
anyway. Sally takes Susie to court.
