Answer c, you have to put the equation in slope intercept form which is y=Mx+b so you would subtract the 3x and move it to the other side of the equal sign before the -2 so it would be 2y=-3x-2 then you would divide the 2 on both sides to separate the 2 from the y. -3x/2 is -3/2x 2/-2 is -1 so you answer would be C y= -3/2x - 1 Hope this makes since!
