The Y-intercept is 4 or (0,4) in a plot

Explanation:

To find the Y-intercept you need to make the "x" zero so if you move 5 to 4 in the "x" plot you need to move 16 to 13

(Since 22 to 19 is -3 19 to 16 is -3 as well it is safe to say that the next number is 13)

Now continue until you reach 0 in the "x"

4 to 3 and 13 to 10

3 to 2 and 10 to 7

2 to 1 and 7 to 4

So the y-intercept is 4 or (0,4) in a plot
