Explanation:

The sum of the 4 angles in a quadrilateral = 360°

the ratio of 2 angles = 10 : 17 = 10x : 17x ( x is a multiplier )

Sum the 4 angles and equate to 360

31 + 194 + 10x + 17x = 360 , that is

225 + 27x = 360 ( subtract 225 from both sides )

27x = 135 ( divide both sides by 27 )

x = 5

Then

10x = 10(5) = 50

17x = 17(5) = 85

The 2 angles measure 50° and 85°
