x = 190 and x = 126

Explanation:

In both diagrams the indicated angles are vertical and congruent, then


(x)/(2) = 95 ( multiply both sides by 2 )

x = 190

and

x + 21 = 147 ( subtract 21 from both sides )

x = 126
