Buddhism is internally diverse since multiple races practice this religion. An example can be people that live in Asia and India and many more places practice the rituals of this religion. Making it potentially diverse.

I’m not sure but here’s what i’m thinking
Maybe because anyone is allowed to join Buddhism, because the religion is a sign of peace. Buddha attained inner peace by the practice of meditation, which inspired him to work for world peace.
