Answer:

Area = 56.52

Explanation:

area of a semicircle =
(1)/(2) (π
r^(2))

A =
(1)/(2) (3.14 x
6^(2))

A =
(1)/(2) (3.14 x 36)

A =
(1)/(2) (113.04)

A = 56.52

Answer: 18π (in terms of pi) or 56.55 (2 decimal places)

Explanation:

The formula for the area of a semi-circle is πr²/2.

When you put it in the formula you get πx6²/2=18π or 56.55 (2 decimal places)

Hope this helps :)
