What is the solution to the linear system below? SOLVE WITH SUBSTITUTION.

y= 1/2x - 4
-2 + 4y = -16

X = 1 and Y = - 3.5

To find this, you plug in 1/2x - 4 in for y of the second equation and solve. Once you solve, you get x = 1.

Then you take the x = 1 and plug it into the first equation and when you do that, you get y = -3.5
