The answer is x=5
• you have to collect like terms
• put the like terms on one side of the equation then calculate
• then you divide it and you get your answer
6x -7=2x +13
6x - 2x= 13 + 7
4x = 20
X= 20\4
x=5

Answer:

x=5

Explanation:

6x-7=2x+13

6x-7+7=2x+13+7

6x=2x+20

6x-2x=2x+20-2x

4x=20

(4x)/(4)=(20)/(4)

x=5

Hope this helps!!
