Answer:

y = 2x + 1

Explanation:

If the line is parallel, then the slope remains the same. To find the y-intercept, plug the coordinates into the equation.

y = 2x + b

7 = 2(3) + b

7 = 6 + b

1 = b

y = 2x + 1
