And pyramid consists of 4 triangles and 1 square. To find the surface area of the figure you need to find the area for those shapes. The formula for area for those shapes are.
Triangle area is A = 1/2*B*H (B meaning base and h meaning height)
Rectangle area is A = L * W (L meaning length and W meaning width)
So the you have triangles with a base of 11 and height of 17 so 11*17*(1/2). That value times 4 because there are 4 of them so you get. 374 meters^2
Then you have the rectangle which is 11*11 so 121 add that to 374 and you get 495 meters^2 so the surface area is 495 meters^2 if I did it correctly.
