Answer:

37.6 in

48.2 yd

Explanation:

The are of a circle is given as :

Area = pi(d²) /4

Area = 1110.4in²

1110.4 = 3. 14 * d² / 4

1110.4 * 4 = 3.14 * d²

4441.6 = 3.14d²

d² = 4441.6 /3.14

d² = 1413.8051

d = 37.600

d = 37.6

8.)

Area, A = 1824.7yd²

1824.7 = 3. 14 * d² / 4

1824.7 * 4 = 3.14d²

7298.8 = 3.14d²

d² = 7298.8 / 3.14

d² = 2323.2801

d = sqrt(2323.2801)

d = 48.200

Hence, diameter = 48.2 yd
