While I agree with her point, I think that this could be a straw man fallacy because although the preamble theoretically should include women (she is right, it never specifies whether it means women or men), it was still the law that women weren’t allowed to vote. An unfair law, but a law. And saying that the constitution must mean that women aren’t people is a weaker version of what it actually says, so it is a straw man fallacy.
