Yeh so simpliy it. I you do something to one side, do it to the other.

(5/2)x - 7 = (3/4)x + 14

first get rid of the smallest value of x which is 3/4.

We need to change the denominate for this

(10/4)x -(3/4)x -7 = (3/4)x - (3/4)x +14

which becomes

(7/4)x - 7 = 14

then get rid of -7 by adding on both side

= (7/4)x = 21

= x = 12

ASK IF YOU NEED MORE HELP! ALGEBRA IS IMPORTANT!

Answer: 5/2x-7-3/4x=3/4x+14-3/4x

7/4x-7=14

7/4x-7+7=14+7

7/4x=21

(4/7)*(7/4x)=(4/7)*(21)

x=12
