PLEASE HELP I NEED HELP ASAP PLEASE

We need to use standard form (though we could use vertex form, but it is easier to do standard form)

Because the parabola passes through...

(-4, 0), then 0 = (-4)²a + (-4)b + c

(3, 0), then 0 = 9a + 3b + c

(-8, -2), then -2 = 64a - 8b + c

64a − 8b + c = −2
