Pleas help me!

Myles is helping with a campaign to raise money for an addition to his town library, and he has to give a speech at the town meeting. He needs to convince people that they should support the campaign. Read one sentence from his speech:

The people in my neighborhood use the library for a lot of different reasons.

How should he rewrite this sentence to demonstrate his knowledge of the topic and support his argument?

A.
The people in my neighborhood would like to have a bigger library for many purposes.
B.
The people in my neighborhood think you should support the campaign to increase library resources.
C.
The people in my neighborhood use the library for a lot of different reasons, and the librarian is very helpful to them.
D.
More people in my neighborhood would be able to use the library if there were more space available and therefore more resources.
