The particles at 20 degrees. The warmer particles are, the faster they move, and the more kinetic energy they have. Since 20 degrees is the lowest temperature and the coldest, it would have the lowest average kinetic energy. <3

Particles of water at 20 degrees C
The water has a lower kinetic energy because kinetic energy is higher when items have a higher temperature. The water has the lowest temperature of the four options.
