Answer:


a = \pi {r}^(2)

The radius is half of the diameter. Therefore the radius is 23÷2 = 11.5.


a = 3.14 * {11.5}^(2)


a = 3.14 * 132.25 \\ = 415.265

To the nearest tenth = 415.3
