y = 3 ^ - sqrt(3)

y = -sqrt(3) * log(3)

Log (3)= 0.47712

- sqrt(3) = - 1.732

y = 0.47712 * -1.732

y = - 0.82637

The y really has no meaning. I just used it so I could get from 1 line to the next.

Look carefully at how that - sqrt(3) was handled. You are not taking the square root of -3.
