Using Central Park in New York City as a model write, a letter to your local mayor stating why you believe the undeveloped city block in the middle of your town should be converted into a city park.

Dear Mayor,

I am writing this letter to talk to you about the undeveloped city block in the middles of the town. I have a great idea. Maybe instead of leaving the area undeveloped, you can start building a city park. A place where people can go and run or have picnics. This will bring a lot of people there. This a good thing because If you would like to bring tourist attractions, it could get a lot of money for the city. It would be a win-win, for you and the people that would go there.
