Answer:

24 (if its supposed to be rounded to whole)

24.2 (if rounded to tenth)

Explanation:

Sin a= opp/hyp

opp=21

hyp=x

a=60

Sin60=21/x

Get x to the other side by multiplying on both sides

x*sin60=21

Now divide by sin60 on both sides

x=21/sin60

Find sin60

sin60=0.866025...

divide 21 by 0.866025

21/0.866025=24.248722....

So rounded to the nearest 10th is 24.2

Rounded to nearest whole is 24
