Jon is hitting baseballs. He tosses the ball 5 ft high in front of him and then hits the ball. The ball leaves the bat with an initial velocity of 50 ft/sec.

A. I guess it's 11

Explanation -> (-16)t² + vt + s

(-16)(3²) + 150(3) + 5 = -144+150+5 = 11

B. 3.22 secs ..first write the equation, then find the x intercepts and select the positive x-int ( which is 3.22)

C. 44.063 ft (this is the y-value of the vertex). Enter the equation and select the y value of the vertex
