The little lines inside the two angles mean they are the same.

The 3 inside angles of a triangle equal 180 degrees.

One angle is 146 , so the other two need to equal 180-146 = 34 total.

34/ 2 = 17

Both angle 1 and angle 2 are 17 degrees each.
