Explanation:

7,8, and 9 are the only ones that are greater than 6. So out of 10 possible numbers (0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) that means there is a 33.333% chance because 10÷3=3.333 then move the decimal 1 place to the right, and that gives you 33.333%.
