As we sell more apples, the variable increases which means that our profits must add up for every one of those apples we sell. Repetive addition is multiplication, and it works perfectly for our scaling. Turns out this can also be used for the banana's because it's almost the same for the apples. However, it wants the TOTAL profits, which means we add the profits from the apples and banana's together.
