The figure shows two triangles on the coordinate grid:

*
What set of transformations is performed on triangle ABC to form triangle A'B'C'?
O A translation 5 units up, followed by a 270-degree counterclockwise rotation about the origin
A 270-degree counterclockwise rotation about the origin, followed by a translation 5 units up

A 180-degree counterclockwise rotation about the origin, followed by a translation 5 units to the right

Answer:

the fourth option

Explanation:

the first step (translating=shifting it 5 units to the right) brings it into the bottom right quadrant with the vertical side (AC) being 1 unit to the right of the y-axis.

the second step (180° counterclockwise rotation) now turns it around upside down and mirroring left/right, bringing it into to top left quadrant, putting its vertical side now 1 unit to the left of the y-axis.

and that is A'B'C'.
