A research group is on a college campus and is conducting a survey regarding the coffee consumption of college students in America. Which of the following techniques would probably produce a sample that is most representative of the population?

Survey a randomly selected group of students that walk into the campus coffee shop.
Survey all students whose last name begins with R.
Survey a randomly selected group of students from an all-campus event.
Survey all students that attend their early morning class on a certain morning.

Please help! And please dont use my question for points!

Survey a randomly selected group of students from an all-campus event! If you chose to survey the ones at the coffee shop they would have answered the same thing if you chose the one with R you need to have a different variety of people so doing that wouldn't work the same thing with the students with their early class on a certain morning, you need a variety of different people so a randomly selected group of students from an all-campus event would be the best answer in my opinion.
