given f(0)=3, we know the y intercept (when x equals 0) is 3
We then want to find the slope
We will use the slope formula m = (y2 - y1)/(x2 - x1)
m = (-7-3)/(2-0)
m = -10/2
m = -5
We can now plug in our slop and y-intercept into our slope-intercept form
y=mx+b
y = -5x + 3
