Answer:

A. x² - 2x - 8

Explanation:

At x = -2, 4 graph cut x- axis. So, they are zeroes of f(x).

So, f(x) = k(x+2)(x-4), where k is a constant.

Now, (3, -5) in f(x), we get

-5 = k (3+2)( 3 -4)

-5 = -5k

k= 1

So, f(x) = (x+2)(x-4)

= x² - 2x - 8

So, option A is right.
