Do I just do say for #4 5 x 10 or 5 x 5 x 5 x 5 x 10???

Hmmm? If you are looking for Volume (V) you would do it this way:
V= l•w•h
l=5in
w=5in
h=10in
V=5•5•10
V=250 in ^3
If you are looking for surface Area (sA), you would do it this way:
sA=2(l•h+w•h+l•w)
sA=2(5•10+5•10+5•5)
sA=2(50+50+25)
sA=2•125
sA=250 in^2
