Use the equation y-y1=M(x-x1)
Use y2-y1/x2-x1 to find slope
The slope is 4
Now y+3=4(x+2)
Y+3=4x+8
Y=4x+5 is your answer
I hope that helped

y=4x+13

Cause you have to find slope with the two points you have

Then substitute one point into the formula with the slope to find y-intercept
